From Wednesday 7 February 2024, colleagues in children and young people’s mental health services need to know that there are some changes to how HoNOSCA assessments should be recorded in Rio
There is a new form to be used to record clinician rated HoNOSCA assessments, HoNOSCA Clinician Measure. The HoNOSCA Self Assessment form should now only be used to record when it is the child / young person who has completed the measure and has been amended to only include questions 1 to 13 (the questions suitable for asking children and young people to complete) and the picklist for completed by now only include relevant options now we have the new form. The existing HoNOSCA Parent’s Assessment form should continue to be used for when the parent or other caregiver has completed the measure.
