We are delighted to announce the launch of CIVICA our new digital ‘place based’ Patient and Public Engagement platform enabling us to bring all engagement activity together.
The Patient and Public Engagement Team are dedicated to driving digital engagement and participation forward. CIVICA will significantly provide us with the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our various stakeholders, including communities, patients and the public, by collecting real-time feedback and enable the Trust to collate and understand what people feel about the services available to them and help shape their future care.
The following is one of our super six - we will use data, insight and technology to transform care, making our services more targeted, effective and personalised, giving people greater control of their health and wellbeing and extending the reach of our specialist teams
