We are aware of ongoing server issues with Rio, we are working with the supplier to resolve as quickly as possible. If you are unaffected by these then please continue to use the system as normal.
For those impacted, Beacon has been enabled.
Beacon is a read-only business continuity solution that provides access to essential patient information whilst Rio is unavailable. To start using Beacon, please refer to the email sent on 4 March 2024 from IT Service desk - see the attached document. Select ‘Yes’ to any security prompt received, 'Open' and then 'Run' to start the Beacon application. Please be aware that you must have an active Rio account to access Beacon.
