Age Concern Liverpool and Sefton’s Combat Isolation service are the first of the voluntary community faith social enterprise organisations using Rio (electronic patient record system for mental health). One of the major benefits of having VCFSE organisations accessing Rio alongside our teams is the ease of sharing information that ordinarily relies on referral forms, phone calls etc. The project team will capture feedback (positive or negative) and review progress as onboarding continues.
