Sefton CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services) are looking to get feedback from children and young people and their families, who have experience of using mental health services in Sefton, or who are waiting for an appointment with one of these services.
The borough has been selected to take part in a children and young person’s mental health ‘4 Week Wait Pilot’. This is a project that is looking to improve waiting times for patients accessing mental health services commissioned by the CCGs in Sefton.
Sefton CAMHS have launched a survey which they are asking you to complete, to understand what you think mental health help looks like, and to understand your experience of waiting times for mental health services in Sefton. This will help them to make changes to enable children and young people and their families to access help smoothly and quickly (within 4 weeks).
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey below.
Give your feedback by completing this short survey about mental health services waiting times for the 4 Week Wait Pilot. The survey closes on Monday 31 January 2022.
