In response to recent disorder that has affected communities that The Life Rooms supports, they held a free tea and toast morning in The Life Rooms Walton on Thursday 8 August. Members of the Community Police, Liverpool City Council, Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, and a representative of Dan Carden MP’s office were in attendance alongside The Life Rooms staff to support the local community and highlight what services are available from The Life Rooms and in the local area. Further tea and toast/refreshment mornings will be held on the following dates:
- Thursday 15 August, 9.30am to 12pm, The Life Rooms Walton
- Friday 16 August, 9.30am to 12pm, The Life Rooms Bootle
- Thursday 22 August, 9.30am to 12pm, The Life Rooms Walton
- Friday 23 August, 9.30am to 12pm, The Life Rooms Southport
- Thursday 29 August, 9.30am to 12pm, The Life Rooms Walton
