Due to a conflict with the early submission of monthly payroll, the weekly bank payroll has been amended .

For hours worked from 4 to 10 December 2023, it is vital that managers complete finalisation of bank rosters no later than:-

  • 8.30am on Monday 11 December in order to ensure pay is available on Friday 15 December. Any shifts that are not finalised by this deadline will be paid the following Friday.  

We kindly ask you take note of the amended deadlines as failure to comply has significant consequences on colleague’s pay. This is especially important as colleagues have committed to work additional shifts with the expectation of being paid in a timely way due to reliance on payments, Unfortunately, our payroll provider is unable to process advances for weekly pay. 

Please note: Roster Fails, late submissions and Retro pay arrears will not be processed for payment during this pay period. These will be processed the following week for payment on 22 December 2023.
