A new spot check will appear under your team on the Ward and Area Section of AMaT from 26 February (the section where you complete your CQC Self-Assessment and Mid Mersey IPC Hand Hygiene Audit). The spot check is a Trust wide records quality check and will be completed by the records team - you will not need to complete this additional spot check.
