MM-SOP-H-001 - Halton Recovery Team Procedure
The Recovery Team provides core hours of a 9am-5pm Monday – Friday service. (However flexibility is built into these hours depending upon service user need). The Recovery Team accepts referrals from the Trusts secondary Adult Mental Health Teams, the Criminal Justice Liaison teams, Older Peoples Services (for those with functional conditions) and the inpatient wards. Integrated teams with the local authority also accept direct referrals.

In certain circumstances, animal visits to ward and clinical areas may be allowed if a thorough risk assessment has been undertaken and any identified risks are managed appropriately, as such visits have been shown to have numerous psychological and physical benefits which may outweigh the infection control issues.

This Policy describes the application of the Trust Lease Vehicle Scheme of Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. It consolidates all previous policies. The scheme is available to all colleagues who meet the necessary criteria, or where the Trust has agreed a lease car as part of an colleague’s remuneration package.
