Researchers at King's College London are seeking to find out about NHS clinical support workers' experience of work, their career aspirations and what might be done to improve the recruitment, management, training and development of this important part of the NHS workforce.

Clinical support worker roles are defined as those that are patient facing and predominantly employed in Agenda for Change bands 2, 3 or 4 or equivalent. Support workers work in a range of occupations including nursing, midwifery and Allied Health Professions and sectors including the community and in primary care. The results of the survey will be published in a report and articles.

The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and if you have any queries about the survey please contact: Richard.Griffin@kcl.ac.uk
