This Trust wide engagement event has been arranged to enable patients/service users, carers, staff and key stakeholders to influence the development of the Quality Account 2023/24.
The session will:
- Update progress against the priorities identified in the Quality Account 2023/24
- Clarify current guidance for producing a Quality Account 2024/25
- Discuss proposed priorities for the Quality Account 2024/25 and an opportunity to highlight any other areas for consideration.
