Wear Green Day raises awareness of Freedom to Speak Up Month.
If you would like to take part, wear an item of green clothing this Thursday to start a conversation about the importance of speaking up for all Mersey Care staff .
Raise awareness of the importance of Speaking up to your manager, your Champion, your senior leaders or the Guardian themselves if you have any concerns or worries regarding patient safety, staff safety or anything you feel is preventing you doing your job .
