Please check your Friends and Family Test (FFT) QR code – we’ve had reports that some team QR codes are showing a list of different team's budget codes. QR codes should be locked to your team's budget code only. If yours is showing a list of different budget codes – please contact friendsandfamilytest@merseycare.nhs.uk and we’ll look into this.

If your FFT QR Code is not showing your teams budget code whatsoever, this will be for the old system and your team will require a new QR code being created.

The patient experience manager is running a range of 30 minute training sessions on how to pull data from the envoy system, – if you are unfamiliar with envoy, it’s recommended that you book a spot. These can be booked here: prospectus in section 4.
