Parent Mental Health Day (PMHD) has been established by the charity stem4 ,which supports teenagers and young adults to build positive mental health. This annual campaign promotes awareness of the critical link between parents’ mental health and family wellbeing. This year, with the #ScreenSmartParenting theme, there are resources and training to help families foster healthy digital habits and support youth mental health. The theme of #ScreenSmartParenting was chosen to address the growing concerns among parents and carers about the impact of digital technology on their families’ wellbeing.
Join us on the 30 January 2025 in creating supportive environments where young people can thrive, both online and offline. The Wellbeing team have designed a short session, to support our colleagues to look after themselves, while they navigate the world of parenting children, who have more access than ever to the online world. The session runs for approximately 45 minutes via Teams.
