My contract is changing from a 7 day work patter to five days. Will this have an impact on my pension?

During the consultation meeting this question was unable to be answered, this was raised  with HR who advised that anyone who is concerned about the effect this change may have on their pension needs to enquire directly with Mersey Care pensions team.
