To align to national changes, over the next six weeks information will be provided on Trustwide transition for reporting incidents from National Reporting & Learning System (NRLS) to the mandated Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE).
To support you, further training on our Radar system will be available to show how the current form you complete will be enhanced to capture LFPSE intelligence (no extra forms, it is taken from the system you are familiar with).
Training dates will feature in coming weeks, please look out for them, and remember you can always find training packages for the current version of the system on YourSpace.
