Thank you to everyone who shared their views in the July People Pulse survey. Here’s a summary of our overall Trust results.

Overall, at Trust level, our engagement scores have remained steady compared to the previous survey (April 2024) and are higher than last year’s results (July 2023). However, we’ve noticed a slight dip in colleague mood, feeling supported in teams, and feeling supported with health and wellbeing this quarter. Let’s keep checking in with one another regularly.

Remember, our Mersey Care Thank You system is a great way to spread kindness, show appreciation, and recognise a job well done. Also, the PACE window is open, so if you haven’t yet, schedule your meaningful conversation with your manager.
