Each year across the NHS, more than 75,000 staff experience physical violence and aggression, which is why we operate zero acceptance of racism, discrimination and disrespectful behaviour. In order to gain a better understanding of how safe you feel in your working environment, and to help reduce the number of incidents, we are asking all staff to complete this short survey.
Some questions will ask about incidents of physical violence or threatening language that you may have experienced or witnessed. This is in relation to patients, service users, their family/carers, and the general public.
