Fatima Sharif Ali, Administrator for the Safeguarding team is conducting a research project as part of her degree apprenticeship studies. The research aims to introduce the Multi-Ethnic Colleagues Network (MECN) to the wider Trust, improve and increase the ethnic staff engagement with MECN and improve their overall employment experience within the Trust.
The data collected from this project will be used to create and improve ethnic staff specific projects with the network and help the staff enjoy working in the trust and give the motivation to take advantage of the opportunities offered within the Trust.
