The Restorative Just and Learning Culture Leaders Programme is a one day workshop that all managers, team leaders and supervisors are asked to complete. The workshop aims to raise awareness of Restorative Just and Learning Culture, its history and the progress in Mersey Care so far.

  • It introduces the principles of our approach and what this means for you as a leader in practice.
  • We cover the importance of psychological safety , respect and civility within the workplace and the 4 step
  • Delivery is virtually via Zoom, you will work in groups to discuss the core principles and how to apply them in practice.

Following the workshop you  will be equipped to support and contribute to the Restorative, Just and Learning Culture and lead your team through the principles and practices of the culture that create a psychologically safer work place.

While aimed at leaders, we invite anyone who is keen to understand their role in achieving a Restorative Just and Learning Culture.
