Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership has commissioned a 12 month pilot of the SHOUT text service to offer free, confidential, anonymous 24/7 access to mental health support, advice and signposting.

Adults living in Liverpool and Sefton can text the word HEAL to 85258 and adults, children and young people living in Halton, Knowsley, St Helens and Warrington can text the word REACH to 85258. This will put people in touch with a trained volunteer who will work with them to take their next steps towards feeling better. They can help with issues such as stress, anxiety and depression and are able to talk via text at any time of day or night.

You can find more information about this new text support service, including social media visuals to support promotion of the service on YourSpace.
