Former North West Boroughs staff can now access Mersey Care’s Your Recognition scheme to make a nomination for Employee of the Month and Team of the Month, starting from the upcoming month of July 2021.

Your Recognition is all about recognising and rewarding your hard work, commitment to caring, and successes that make a difference to the lives of service users, patients, carers and families, as well as our staff and teams.

How do I make a nomination?

To access Your Recognition, go to YourSpace > People and Development > Your Recognition.

From here, you’ll find more information about the Your Recognition scheme and you’ll be guided to the Your Recognition area of Mersey Care’s SharePoint site, where you can submit your nomination.​​​​​​​

Say ‘thank you’…

You can also send a ‘thank you’ to a colleague as a way of recognising how they have displayed one of our five CARES values: Continuous improvement; Accountability; Respect; Enthusiasm; and Support.

Receiving a 'thank you' lets you know your hard work has been noticed and you should make sure you keep hold of any ‘thank you’ emails you receive, so these can be used to support your annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) discussions.
