  • Workstreams leads to each share highlights with the comms group for sharing
  • A page for the program has been set up internally, which will be populated with our outcomes and messages
  • All services have been asked to share their leaflets and resources for review
  • A young person and parent have been identified to sit on the board
  • There is a meeting with Alder Hey to discuss our digital offer.

Communication risks with mitigation

Staff that are disengaged and dissatisfied with their involvement in the programme of change.

All staff to be kept informed and engaged to provide opportunity for two way engagement.

Messages or information not reaching the correct audiences.

Clear stakeholder mapping from each workstream which will provide clear and timely messages to targeted groups.

If we don’t communicate with young people and carers, we will not have sufficient intelligence to know that what we provide is accessible.

We will link in with patient participation to identify people who can sense check our digital offer and specific messages for young people.
