Urgent care services merged on 10 January 2022 and are now under the management of Local Division. Four really positive engagement sessions were held with the staff involved and managers would like to thank all those who contributed to the success of the events. A short survey has been set up to help capture feedback from all staff within urgent care services so if you weren’t able to attend the sessions, you still have an opportunity to feedback by completing the survey. It's important that any future model of care takes the best elements from both services to deliver a fully integrated service. Feedback will be critical to making sure we understand good practice and what needs to be improved.
