St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust have been working together since 2021.
They are now coming together to create one single, new organisation. Their hospital site names will retain their existing names, but to create a single identity for the new organisation, they are looking for a new name.
They would like to hear views and ideas from patients and service users of potential names. They are running two engagement sessions and details can be found below:
- Wednesday 22 February – Microsoft Teams – AM (TBC)
- Thursday 23 February – Southport Hospital Town Lane, Southport PR8 6PN from 10am to11am.
