We’ve seen recent examples of bad workplace culture reported in the media. Our senior leaders want to remind staff that speaking up is a priority in Mersey Care, not just to call out poor practice but also so we learn about good practice too.
Chief Executive Joe Rafferty and Deputy CEO Trish Bennett have both recorded messages to staff: “We want to hear from you. This is about improving what we do and making sure our patients and our staff get the best support and care they can,” Trish says in her video.
