We are streamlining the options under 'other activities' in HCP diaries. Client specific activities should be documented within the client's appointment record. For example:
- 'Advice given' has been removed and should be booked as an appointment with the client, using the appropriate appointment type and activity.
- 'Professional meeting' has been removed and should be booked as an appointment under appointment type 'professional to professional,' with the specific activity.
Safeguarding activities must be documented using the forms in the Safeguarding folder.
