Six years ago we began our Restorative Just and Learning Culture Journey at Mersey Care. We are proud of the changes we have made to how the trusts address and learns when things that don’t go to plan. Over the last 12 months, Joe Rafferty and myself have had the privilege of contributing to a book with Sidney Dekker in which we chart our RJLC journey – “Restorative Just Culture in Practice: Implementation and Evaluation” which will be published on 16 June.
To mark our RJLC birthday and reflect on the RJLC journey so far we will be holding a virtual interactive session on 16 June between 9.30am to 11.30am. The event will held virtually at which Sidney Dekker will be speaking and answering any questions you may have for him. As a member of our Mersey Care Leadership Community we would be delighted if you could attend.
