Filling our vacancies is a priority for the Trust so that we can achieve our aim of providing perfect care for our patients and service users, and, so that we can look after the health and wellbeing of our existing staff.
We have a series of recruitment events taking place throughout the year, as well as attending recruitment events organised by others. Our events are really successful - roles are advertised in the usual way and applications shortlisted. Interviews take place at the event and include presentations about the Trust and from individual services. The events create a real buzz about working for the Trust.
