As part of the Trust’s clinical outcomes and community excellence programme’s we are piloting the use of a patient reported outcome measure (PROM) called ReQOL-10 in some of our adult community mental health service teams. The ReQOL-10 form is now available in the Outcome Measures folder on RiO.
ReQoL has been developed to assess the quality of life for people with different mental health conditions. Questionnaires like this are important as they are used in helping to decide what support or services people receive and to measure and improve the quality of care that service users receive.
