  • Notifications, Roles, Permissions, Reports, general queries – please contact the Incident and Risk Management Team by emailing IncidentandRiskTeam@merseycare.nhs.uk
  •  Issues accessing the system – contact the IT Helpdesk via the Self-service Portal
  • Training – all training guides/general information are available on YourSpace. Training sessions can be booked via the prospectus in section 8 .  If you have issues booking, please email LearningandDevelopment@merseycare.nhs.uk
  • Optimisation and suggested changes to the system – complete the form via this link https://forms.office.com/e/Z1huRyyJ5S for review and consideration by the Patient Safety Team. 
  • Sisense - if you have received an email asking you to request log on details, please ignore it. It is a system generated notification to support analytics in Radar and you do NOT need to action it.
