The Life Rooms Liverpool services have achieved a Good Plus in all domains in their first Quality Review Visit (QRV).
The QRV checks our adherence to quality standards based on: the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) criteria, review of self-performance, and the service’s own self-assessment. Mersey Care's QRV team recognised the 'enthusiasm, commitment and pride' that our staff have for their work and the service they provide, and stated our Good Plus rating was 'well-deserved'.
Our Healthy Knowsley Service was praised for achieving a second consecutive Good Plus rating, which is testament to their effectiveness in supporting Knowsley residents to improve their health and wellbeing.
The review of our Sefton services highlighted excellent governance around partnership working, and the positivity and motivation of the team.
We're extremely proud of these achievements and the commitment of our staff to support our communities. We'd like to say a big 'thank you' to the individuals and service users who took part in QRV interviews, and to the teams who co-ordinated and prepared QRV evidence.
