From 1 November 2021 Mersey Care will become the Lead Provider for Adult Low and Medium Secure services across Cheshire and Merseyside. Building on the existing successful PROSPECT partnership, this will see commissioning responsibility for low and medium secure services transfer from NHS England into the Trust and the formation of a new commissioning structure to support commissioning activity.
