If you do not have the latest version of Microsoft Office 365 installed on your computer, you MUST install this before 31 March 2022. If you do not upgrade, you will no longer be able to access your email using Microsoft Office 2010.
Please follow the guidance sent in updates from IM below to self-install Microsoft Office 365 as soon as possible, at a time that is convenient for you and the service you deliver, such as at the end of the working day. The installation can take up to 90 minutes. You will still be able to access your emails from a work mobile device or from the web version of Microsoft Outlook.
