The process below will be adopted across the Trust for when Occupational Health (OH) identify when employee specialist/GP reports are needed:

  • OH to identify the need for GP/specialist report within consultations
  • OH contact manager to seek approval to request a GP/Specialist report and confirmation they will meet reasonable costs. At this time, they will also request budget centre and subjective code to support cross charging
  • Once received, OH will request the report
  • OH will pay for the report once it is ready for release by GP/Specialist
  • OH to cross charge manager for report once received.
