New Mental Capacity templates

Following the recent Rio updates, new templates for the recording of Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests Decisions are now available.  The forms include new prompts to guide clinical staff’s recording of their assessments. To support clinical recording, the maximum number of characters has been increased too. You can find the new templates in the Mental Health Act/Capacity folder. We are currently working to make these templates available on EMIS in the upcoming weeks.
