​​​​​​NHS Informatics Merseyside has developed a new Learning Management System (LMS) to help enhance your digital skills.  

From here, you can access online learning and step-by-step guidance for a range of clinical systems and apps including the latest tools available as part of Microsoft 365.  

To get started, please visit the new LMS and update your profile information. You will need to specify your Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust division and department. Once you start to enter your team's name, the team options will automatically become visible for you to select. Once complete, select 'Confirm Details'.

Please use either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.  

From within the new LMS there are two training catalogues you can navigate between from the top left corner of the screen:

  • Cheshire and Merseyside Microsoft 365 (CM365) Knowledge Hub – provides access to online learning for Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams and more. This Knowledge Hub is part of a Cheshire and Merseyside Programme of work to optimise the use of Microsoft 365 across the region. More content will be added regularly
  • IM Training Service – provides access to bespoke online learning for the clinical and digital systems supported by NHS Informatics Merseyside.
