In the spirit of the Trust value of continuous improvement, we want to expand on work done in excelling in the Armed Forces Covenant. The Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team wants colleagues who are currently serving in the armed forces as reservists or cadets, and ex-service personnel, to set up an armed forces staff network. This will provide a forum to engage with Trust senior management on matters relating to welfare, wellbeing and career pathways.
