The term BHAG is management terminology used to signal a huge, long term target or goal that energises an organisation and focuses its people, rallying them to a common cause and leading them through a process of transformation. Mersey Care has used this term for a number of years in this regard. Following feedback and with our move to our new organisational design; we are shifting from the use of the term BHAG to Perfect Care Goals.
Please can all staff remove the term BHAG from any new Trust documentation and transition into the use of Perfect Care Goals.
