Dear colleagues,

This note provides an update about the ongoing issues with launching content from ESR, hosted on the Learning Hub, causing content to load slowly or potentially not load at all.

This work continues to be treated as the highest priority for the National Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Team and they have been working with an external supplier to identify approaches to resolve the issues. 

We are anticipating a further update on Thursday, 20 June.
