There is a flow chart with Guidance for staff who have been a contact of a positive case.
Household contacts with a positive COVID-19 case should not come in to work. They should remain off work for ten days. Household contacts do not need to isolate at home but should:
- limit close contact with other people outside your household, especially in enclosed spaces
- wear a face covering in enclosed spaces and where you are unable to maintain safe distancing
- limit contact with anyone who is clinically extremely vulnerable
- Take twice weekly LFT testing.
Staff should not be allowed into work whilst awaiting the result of your PCR test.
Staff Isolation Guidance and Risk Assessment
Non-household contacts should book a PCR test and remain off work until they receive the result.
