From 1 August, 350 Introduction to anti racism elearning is being launched
The package is called 350 Introduction to Anti-Racism. The elearning is required to be completed once by all staff.
Mersey Care has zero acceptance of racism, discrimination, and unacceptable behaviours from and toward our workforce and our patients, service users, carers, and families.
Following the re-launch of our anti racism Perfect Care Goal in June 2022, we are once again reaffirming our commitment to actively oppose racism and hold ourselves and each other to account for being actively anti racism within a restorative, just and learning culture.
