We’re excited to share an improved version of the Your Recognition site for 2023! Brighten up someone’s January by spreading your gratitude, recognising someone’s hard work or celebrating a success. We have recognition schemes that everyone can use to celebrate their colleagues:

  • Say Thank You: you can use the system to send a Thank You to a colleague to let them know their hard work has been noticed. The Thank You automatically goes into their PACE and notifies their line manager so they are aware of their great work too. We have now added a specific Thank You to recognise those who Speak, Listen or Follow Up, supported by our Freedom to Speak Up Guardians.
  • Nominate for Employee or Team of the Month: nominate an employee or team who you feel deserves to be recognised. Each month our Judges use our CARES Values to select a winning Employee and Team of the Month.
