In line with our commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and careful cost management, our current travel system, that some may know as CTM / Lightning / Redfern, will now be called Enterprise. This will be effective from Monday, 10 February 2025.

The system operates basically the same, however it is set out differently than the previous version, so it may initially take some time to navigate around it. Find out more in the attached user guide.

Your details have been moved over from the system, however unfortunately you will need to register to obtain a new password. Please see below on how to register on the new portal:

  1. Click the link www.ctmportal.co.uk (This has been whitelisted, so there should be no firewall issues)
  2. Click register.
  3. An email will be sent to verify your email address and register
  4. Follow the instructions on the email and log into portal.

If you need any technical support, please email EU.BSU@travelctm.com with screen shots and a description of the error and they will come back quickly to support. All support teams have been briefed and are aware of this project across all our customers.

Please note – as this is an updated version, any current bookings will not show up on the system, however, please be assured these bookings are still live and you do not need to rebook.
