Congratulations to Amanda Oates, our Executive Director of Workforce, on 1 December she was awarded CIPD Chartered Companion status.

This is one of the highest levels of recognition in the world of HR and people development. The CIPD's select group of Chartered Companions are exceptional leaders who have a proven track record within organisations and have demonstrated exceptional impact on the profession over their careers.

This is the highest accolade and level of membership awarded by the CIPD professional body and the selection of individuals to enter this group is made directly by the CIPD Board.

Another win for Amanda’s team leading Restorative Just and Leaning Culture: Mersey Care and our long standing colleagues, Northumbria University, won a prestigious PraxisAuril KE Award on Tuesday night for partnership working with universities and businesses beating tough national competition as we deliver culture change and share our learning in 130 Trusts.

A summary of Amanda’s award and more information are here on the CIPD site Chartered Companion Nominations | CIPD.

Well done Amanda!
