Healthwatch is conducting a survey asking people about their experiences of how increases in the cost living are impacting how their ability access health care.
They'd like to understand how increases in the cost of living is affecting people's health and wellbeing. Sharing your experiences will help them to identify important issues, and work with the NHS and social care services to improve support for those that need it most.
Results of this survey will be used to to share with local health and social care providers. Data from the survey will be kept annonymous.
