Healthcare Education England elearning for healthcare (elfh) programme is delivering new training sessions to help healthcare staff to deliver more personalised care to patients with long-term health conditions, focusing on personalised care, support planning, prehabilitation and rehabilitation.
The new online straining highlights the importance of personalised care to ensure people's needs are identified and planned for and would be particularly helpful for allied health professionals.
More sessions will be added later in 2022, and we will provide an update when they are available.
