Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services have developed a survey to help to continually evolve the staff wellbeing offer and give staff an opportunity to share their views about how to improve colleague health and wellbeing.
The survey asks a set of questions to understand more about employee psychological, physical, environmental, social, and financial wellbeing, so that we can make sure that we have the appropriate and accessible support and resource in place to meet the need of you, our employees.
The data from the HNA will be collated and reviewed with recommendations developed, to shape and inform the key health and wellbeing strategic principles that are embedded within the Mersey Care Health and Wellbeing Strategy over the next three years.
