You have until 31 December (window period May to December 2022) to have your appraisal with your reviewer. It’s a really important time to discuss how the last 12 months have been, set objectives for the next 12 months and agree any career or personal development plans you may have. You can also get the chance to contribute to the way your team and service works.
New to the organisation and not sure about appraisal, you can book onto some PACE 365 training via section three of the Learning and Development Prospectus
