Following several expression of interest sessions, we are pleased to announce the Experience Ambassador meeting schedule for the first half of 2022.

The overall aim of these voluntary roles is to:

  • Improve awareness of patient and carer experience across the Trust
  • Support local patient experience improvement and to gather local intelligence
  • Highlight areas for improvement and share best practice/positive experiences
  • Share what is happening across the Trust in terms of patient experience, carers, and equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Provide opportunities for upskilling and specific training in these areas.

 

The meetings will be held via MS Teams as follows:

•         Wednesday 23 February 2022, 9.30 - 10.30 (Welcome meeting - This session will include a summary of feedback from the expression of interest meetings and discuss what attendees want from future meetings).

 

•         Tuesday 22 March 2022, 2pm - 3pm (Main theme – Patient Experience)

 

•         Thursday 28 April 2022, 11.30 - 12.30 (Main theme – Carers)

 

•         Monday 23 May 2022, 10.30 - 11.30 (Main theme - Equality, diversity and inclusion)

 

•         Friday 24 June 2022, 9.30 - 10.30 (Main theme – Patient Experience)
